Eclipse Technologies Inc. was founded in 1999 by Jean St. Pierre. Following extensive research that focussed on developing an aesthetically enhanced, next-generation retractable screen that would find ready acceptance in the marketplace, Eclipse began manufacturing and marketing AIRA in 1999.
